About Me
My name is Lena. I am a certified Health Coach in Recall Healing, Hypnotist, Qi Gong Master and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am sharing my healing experience based on three approaches; western medicine, German New Medicine, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The mind, body and spirit.
We live driven by programs obtained in childhood. Most of us are unaware of such programs or behavior patterns. Imagine if our thoughts, environment and repetitive patterns made us sick. I am not here to heal you. I am here to guide you into awareness that will result in your own healing. And I am an example of that.
Welcome to my journey!
In 2009 I fell deeply ill. I was thirty three years old when I received my first diagnosis: Liver failure. And from then on, a whole bunch of symptoms occurred that were classified by western medicine as illness.

On top of it I was already struggling with IBS and PCOS. Western medicine did very little for me, I was on my deathbed.
In desperation, my second rheumatologist scheduled chemotherapy to suppress my immune system but by the power of the universe somehow instead of going for chemo, I went for my first acupuncture session and I became a student of Qi Gong. Fast forward to today, I am in full remission from every western diagnosis I received.
Medical Grad school education helped me understand the nature of my sickness, and today I am ready to share my story.
