1. No Refunds for Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made and content has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following limited situations:
– Technical issues prevent access to purchased content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
– Accidental duplicate purchases made within 24 hours.
